Moving my online business to Solar VPS was one of the smartest decisions I have ever made. After jumping around to a couple hosts due to downtime and other problems related to the quality of service, I was told to check out SolarVPS. I am certainly glad that I did because these guys are truly top notch. From my initial presales questions to my more complex support requests, I have always been treated with the utmost respect and as an actual person, not some randomly generated customer number.
The employees at SolarVPS are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. No matter what time or day it is, I can rest assured that someone is available to take care of whatever request I may have, not to mention that many times they have gone above and beyond what I would have expected.
All I have to say about the servers and network is WOW! Everything is always lightning fast and aside from normal maintenance, I have not experienced any downtime. When there is maintenance, SolarVPS is very good about communicating with you every step of the way.

I've been with SolarVPS for over two years, and while the packages have changed over time, the quality of service has remained top notch since the start. As a big do-it-yourself guy, I've really appreciated the free reign in being able to manage my own VPS environment, but Solar VPS has always stood by to help me out when it really counted, going beyond my expectations in their willingness to help get me back on track. Even as a customer without management, I never felt abandoned, and for the few support tickets that I've submitted, they have all been answered promptly, often in a matter of minutes. What's really impressed me though is the sheer performance and reliability of the service. The service has never felt compromised by inferior hardware or 'overstuffing', nor has it degraded at all over time. The last quality of Solar VPS that I appreciate is their openness. For the very rare times that problems occurred, they kept their customers up to date and explained afterward what happened, why it happened, and how they would try to prevent it from happening again. Stuff like this makes the service more personal and reminds me that they do care beyond their SLA. For as long as I have a need for flexible hosting, I look forward to continuing my relationship with Solar VPS.

I've been with Solar VPS for well over a year now, and have been very happy with the mixture of support, performance, reliability and price. I've found support to always be prompt regardless of if the issue is big or small, and have often found them willing to lend a hand for tasks outside the scope of their support. As good as the support is though, the big one for me is the performance and reliability of their service which I have found to be excellent. As an experienced systems administrator I tend to fix most of the technical issues myself, so the critical issue for me is the reliability of service which gets two thumbs up from me.

"This company is simply the end of my search."
This company is simply the end of my search. Period. First of all, they give you what they promise. Their servers are extremely fast and they always have ample resources available. Secondly, their support is just exceptional. I have been with other companies in the past (both VPS and Dedicated), where support was average to very bad... At Solar VPS, every ticket is answered in 10 minutes maximum, every problem I have is fixed almost instantly, and on top of that, I often receive personal replies from the company president. I actually have 2 VPS plans with them, and im planning to move another one here, because I can't remember another company (at least from those I tried) with the level of support, quality and care for the client that Solar VPS provides. Solar VPS is AAA+ for me and I highly recommend them.

We've been using Solar for a few years now and I have to say that I'm very satisfied with their approach to customer service. I've tried my share of VPS providers and haven't been impressed with any. I think they are addressing a very serious concern of web administrators and developers... having the comfort of a caring and knowledgeable support team on call. There are few companies that understand this. Solar is one of them.
